No. We don’t list jobs publicly and we don’t sell a searchable database. Job Lobster is a private workbench: you upload your resume, it scans public ATS feeds for roles that genuinely fit, and gives you the tools and an agent to move on them.
Those tools score jobs on keyword-density against your resume. Job Lobster runs a structured matcher that pulls must-haves, partials, and explicit dealbreakers, then applies gap-ceilings so missing requirements actually cap the score. A role where you’re missing a hard must-have will never show as 9/10 here.

No. Your resume, intake answers, and drafts are yours. You can export everything as JSON from Setup, or delete your account in one click. Anthropic processes the LLM calls; Resend sends your emails; Fly.io hosts the app. None of them get your data for training, and we don’t share it.
